[RC] breaking up a Pace - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

There is a way that sometimes works to break up a Pace. Does,nt work on all
 Pacers , but has been known to work on some. Ask your Horse to Pace
over TALL Weeds/Brush and slow it down some . The action of having to
try and step over the Weeds/brush can break up the Pace, doing this over
a period of time teaches the Horse to keep His front feet up a tad longer
. You will probably get a stepping Pace , but that is better than a True
Pace. No need for heavy shoes or gimmicks......
