[RC] camelbacks - Linda Dewees

I drink much better out of a camelback bite-valve. It's so available, and for me it's easier to suck down water. With water bottles I tend to tip my head back and gulp, and that can get me coughing, and I just don't drink as much that way. I think I swallow funny. I use both, bottles or bladders, depending on the situation and they both have their advantages and disadvantages. Bladders are harder to fill up, and you can't keep track of how much water you've used very easily. Some bladders have kind of a bad taste. Platypus bladders have no taste, but they've been known to crack and leak. They're pretty reliable, but I always worry it's going to decide to leak during a race.
