My vet.  I depend on her to know the latest/greatest:
most effective
least irritanting adjuvant (sp?)
which to give in combination and which not
which is needful or optional based on what's going on in our region
and absolutely ready if there is an immediate reaction.

I used to give my own glucosamine shots IM in the pecs, so it's not needle phobia.
