==========================================

Having lived in all three, and a host of others (GA, LA, Germany, NH, TN, and
now in OK) I'd have to say TX certainly offers quite a lot of variety when it
comes to locations to chose from.

If I had a choice I'd be hard pressed to decide between the Gila Wilderness
area in NM and the Hill country of TX. I grew up in FL on the east coast,
almost directly opposite of Truman and miss the ocean but living in the desert
area around El Paso, TX was wonderful. Watching a lightening storm come across
the desert is pure artistry.
