[RC] Rice Hulls as Bedding - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

I have been at stables that used rice hulls. The pros are that
they are light in color and help lighten up the stall. They
are easy to clean the manure out. They are fluffy and nice to
lie on. The biggest drawback is that they are not very
absorbent and the urine pools for awhile before getting
absorbed. So if you horse is stalled alot that is something
to consider, or you could perhaps put shavings where they
urinate.
