Re: [RC] grazing muzzle - Jody Rogers-Buttram

Love it!!!!

That is what I need.  I have a 5 yr old that if she looks at grass she gets fat.  We call her "Pig" or Piggy Sue.   I was hoping to ride it off of her, but with all the clover we have, she can eat faster than I can ride it off.

Thanks!

Hi,
Just give your mare time.  Before you know it she will have figured out how to eat so well that you have to buy the plug to put in the bottom to keep her from getting too much grass.
My mare has been using one every day since the grasses started coming up.  I swear she blows up just smelling the grass.  I did just purchase the plug and she has already figured out how to get some grass into the sides of the muzzle.
They really are a great tool just hang in there - she will not starve but will probably always pout!

With Warm Regards,
