Yes, I've two of these in the past 24 hours (one for nvrider and one from
jlong). It seems benign but I have blocked the sending IP address. It
looks like the ones that hit us were routed through a common point on the
net. 

I'll keep watching. 

The talk on the net is of a german spam bomb that occurred yesterday. I'm
sure we are seeing the repercussions. The machines from which the mail
were, it seems, zombies for the most part. Beware ...

Zombies are personal computers that have been infected with a virus that allows spammers to control them from a remote location for the purposes of sending out mass quantities of spam. These infected machines allow spammers to send much more e-mail than they could with their own e-mail server.
