[RC] Postive Coggins test in Chico, CA??? - Alice Yovich

and b/c of this testing and destroying all positive carriers is highly controversial. People lose their horses through no fault of their own and they may be the ones who never get sick.

I have a friend who is from Costa Rica. She tells me that most every horse in Costa Rica is positive for EIA. they don't put them down and most horses don't become or stay ill. they are all just carriers.
