Forgive a newbie for asking, but what were the
qualifications for the ROC and how do those differ
from our current National Championship?

What would happen if the NC format and name were
changed to the previous ROC qualificaions? Pulling
from the AERC List, am I to understand that the AERC
subsidizes the Nat. Champ. Rides?
