Subject: Re: [RC] [RC] Pipe Corrals - Patti Kuvik

I've used 5-foot 3-rail pipe corrals and "stall dividers" for over 25 years
with no problems.
I did have a problem when I tried to use some 8-rail panels (suggested to me
so horses wouldn't get their heads under the top rail and rub manes) - every
horse on the place managed to put a leg through and skin up their shins. I
replaced them with three rail as soon as I could and haven't had a problem
since.
Another thing I don't like to see around horses is chain link fence - it's
just the right size to get a hoof caught - goes in easily but doesn't come
back out without wire cutters.
