Lets see if I have this correct. Both labs tested the urine positive for
 the same compound. Both were reputable labs - but somehow they threw
out  the results and let the ride results stand. Either you have a drug
policy or you don't. Sounds like the FEI has no drug policy.

Well, actually, it sounds just like the American court system.  If a cop
doesn't follow procedure in collecting evidence, it is thrown out of court
and the perp walks.  The good old USA lets murderers loose on the same
premise, yet we are upset because some guy gets to keep a sporting medal
that he didn't earn?

I agree that it stinks.  But the take-home lesson is that the procedures
should be followed.
