[RC] OT - question about I-90 for Minnesota people - Kristi Schaaf

Hey Minnesotans -
The last time I pulled a horse trailer across I-90 was
about 4 years ago, and I-90 west of I-35 was
absolutely horridly bumpy. Can anyone tell me if
that's been resurfaced in the last few years and is a
smoother ride? If it isn't, I'll find an alternate
route because I sure don't want to put my horses
through that again.
