For those of you who live in the Portland area and are simply interested in learning more about saddle fit for both the horse and rider (regardless of what type of saddle you use) consider attending the following lecture and discussion.

The equivalent of a short course in saddle fit, our 90-minute lecture gives the facts you need to assess your saddle and increase your horse?s comfort. Derived from working with leading saddle fitters, manufacturers and veterinarians in the US, Canada and England, this seminar is loaded with important information.
Photos and visual aids make the information easily accessible for riders of all levels, and our interactive format means that participation and specific questions are welcome! After the lecture there will be a demonstration session using a pressure testing tool, the Port Lewis Impression Pad, as a way to examine current saddle fit in motion.
