With hair I think they need to roots. But hoof should work. Who owns a 
DNA pattern - that's interesting. A DNA pattern is made from a finite 
alphabet so in theory any patter is possible at random. DNA is always 
changes though mutations - many caused by the impacts of radiation - 
electrons get banged around a lot in real world. Given the number of 
people in the world there are is a good chance that there is someone 
some place with the same DNA as Angie ;-) .
