Many years ago I hauled from California to Missouri with my neighbor &
her daughter and my son and two horses. We spent one night in a vacant lot near
a gas station with the horses tied to the trailer. The next two nights we pulled
into truck stops and went to the back behind the trucks and tied the horses to
the trailer and slept in the camper.
We weren't worried about anything but looking back I guess it wasn't the
safest way to do it.
