[RC] Arabian Stud fees too high - Ridecamp GuestPlease Reply to: Diane Roby diane_roby2002@xxxxxxxxx or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ========================================== As the owner of one mare I'd happily pay $1000 stud fee to a proven endurance stallion. It's a small price for me to pay to get quality. I can afford to do that since I only have the one mare, who by the way will also be proven in endurance before I even consider breeding her. And by proven I mean 1,000 or more trouble free miles, no metabolic or lameness pulls of unknown origin, easy to train and handle, excellent conformation and temperment, in the 15 hand range (she's only a 13.2 hand POA). AND I have to actually still want to compete when she's proven and I can give the colt/filly a home for life. So $1,000 is well worth it to me. That's just my opinion however. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
