[RC] Changing weith divisions - Michael Maul

In response to:"So, what happens if you loose or gain weight while riding in a year and you're going for points and you have to change weight divisions? I know you have until June or something to change, but what happens to the points you earned in the previous weight division?"

If you change weight divisions - your points become split with some in each division. In principle - if you ride a lot and place - you could have awards in two weight divisions.

If you change weight - the only ways to keep all your points in one division are to:

1. if you lose weight - you carry enough so that you meet the minimum rule for the heavier division until the end of the season and then you change divisions.

2. If you gain weight - you stay in the lower wt division until the end of the year and then change.
