The Elevate and I think Neigh-Lox have to be prescribed by/through your vet, which I hope shouldn't be difficult. Keep in mind that vitamin E is only one component in nutritional management of early onset tie-ups. Also consider selenium, magnesium, electrolytes in general and carbohydrate issues.
