RE: [RC] Rider weight - Adam and Jannelle

I'd love to hear some how-tos on helping the horse with the heavy rider.
For years I didn't ride because I was heavy and embaressed to get on but I
decided if I waited until I was the perfect size, I might never ride. I
confessed my reason for not riding to my hubbie and he was supportive and
helps me get on (short legs, taller horse). So while I work on being
"perfect", I'd love some tips on training my horse to have better muscles
for carrying me.

Great suggestion, Becky.

so how about some training discussion on how to help the horse as well as
the rider, instead of rider-bashing. cavelletti anyone? butt-scrunches?
belly-lifts?
