Spray on is the only way I will ever go from now on.  Liners get water and 
grit under them and move around and make a mess out of your bed AND most 
liners are nearly as slippery as a bare bed.  The spray on give traction and 
it is soooo nice to work with hay especially and not have to worry about my 
feet slipping out from under me.
