Yes as long as the the horse is not on a sliding type tether that is
fine. It does depend on the ride camp set up though....there are a lot of
our camps here in California that don't allow tying to trees and plenty of camps
where you'd need to use a cactus to do it <g>.
You could run the highline between two trailers though without any
problem.
