Ditto!  I also grew up in PV and those eucalyptus chipped trails
were awesome!  The smell was great and the footing was perfect! 
You pay the price to live in PV (or more accurately, my parents
did -- although given what their place is worth now they got a
steal back then), but the trails are just fantastic and those
eucalyptus chips were an added bonus.
