[RC] priorities in chosing a horse-and Reno weather - mark

I am in Reno,in an internet cafe-too cool. I came early to spend some time
with my niece in San Fran, but there is a terrible storm over the mountain. I
went half way yesterday and turned around before I got stuck and couldn't get
back. I was forced to buy chains for my rental car....you had to have them or
you were not allowed to proceed- how funny! I am from Buffalo, for pete's
sake!! There is nothing you can do with snow that I haven't driven in!!! So
if you are coming to the convention and want a hardly used pair of cable
chains, see me at the Running Bear booth!

NOW,about personality in choosing a horse.....it is WAY down on my list. I
have ridden,i think,18 diffeerent horses in endurance and never failed to love
each one by the second day of training,or the first vet check for those I
catch rode....odd, i guess.
