She said this was another example of internet hooie. Don't get too worried. I have vaccinated with WNV for the last 3 yrs. I have had a horse come down with it too. not at all pretty. The horse had not had the second vaccination and broke out 1 week before he was due. The vet in question saved the horse's life. I trust her.
