Re: [RC] Aussie Girth for Torsion Saddle/What Do I Think of The Torsion Sad... - Mike & Kathy Kelly

I greatly improved upon this (IMO) by just taking off the top seat piece (it is just attached with velcro)  - it feels much more secure and I do have closer contact, although still not as close as with my BM Sport Saddle

This saddle should come with a warning.  If you are not rock solid in your seat, this saddle, while being very stable, has nothing to hold the rider in.  If you need, or want, a deep seat dressage saddle, or a western saddle with the high cantle and pommel, this saddle is not for you.  It does give a very close contact ride.

Carolyn...have you ridden in the Bob Marshall Saddle? I am wondering how the Torsion saddle compares to the Bob Marshall in seat security?     Raven
