Yep it all comes down to the people. The most serious risk comes from people on the inside. That's the weakness in any security system.

I can vouch for that. I had a credit card account closed for 6 months when the company called me to check on me FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS in ATM's. Seems someone got my old closed number and had a card issued to them in New York (I'm in Texas) and they went to one ATM after another and took out $500 every time until they had charged up $5,000 in 3 days. Of course, I did not have to pay this back, but it did take a year to get it removed from my credit report. That had to have been an inside job.
