[RC] Breeds in 2004 - Michael Maul

In response to:"I think as the software, and technology in general has improved it has made it easier to track more things. Either that or someone is now doing more work!"
and
"I think Spanish Mustang showed 23, that's probably just one year or less for Geronimo."

The software is a lot better now. Tom Rowell headed a group that wrote the present s/w specified by the AERC office, myself, Russ Humphrey, and Mike Sofen. The database is managed by SQL server 2000. There's actually less manual work being done now by the office with more output than before due to the software.

On the numbers - I have to talk with the office on how they are put together. There are some things in the report that don't pass my "sanity" check.
