Ask your vet for some of those eye stain strips. The ones that you put on
the eye, and it makes the bright green tears. Then, stain the eye, and wait
a few min., to see if any of the bright green tears run out the tear duct in
the nostril. If so, it is not clogged. I had the vet show me how to flush
them on a horse that was having a chronic problem for awhile.
