Me again, sorry...but this is important...my neighbor called me tonight and
told me that two of the friends she was riding with yesterday at the Overlook
had their purses stolen...I don?t know the entire details, and they themselves
may post this warning as well.
Also I was told the samething last sunday at Sterling Pt. by the nice lady
who closes the gate at dusk. She said the same thing and that there had
been others at other staging areas I think south of there..
anyway, please lock up your stuff or carry it with you..and...probably
important as well, pay attention if you see anyone acting strangely at any area
like that...report it immediately or get a license, description, or any info
that can stop this from happening...if they know we are watching, they may not
be so bold....and hopefully will get caught!
frankly, I was shocked about the Overlook as it is such an active staging
area...
