At BJ's (do you have BJ's) I just last night picked up what's called a 
Hummer brand Battery backup and inverter all in one.
Two 110 outlets and 2 12V outlets with a rechargeable battery and air pump. 
It was $99-
I think it said it would output 400 watts of power. Can, you can recharge 
from a 110 plug or your truck 12V outlet.
