Re: [RC] earning those points - Wrecksduke

I'm all for multi-day horses earning more points for consecutive days, especially if they really! did a full 50.... or at least something reasonably close.  I've heard of plenty of rides that GPS'd (ok, ok, their accuracy is debatable - on a HILLY course) at closer to 40.  Not really fair that they are getting credit for a full 50 when its 15-20% less.

Hey how about multi-day aficionado's only competing in the Pioneer category?

Hey how about EVERYONE having to choose ONE category they wish to compete in for AERC National annual awards?

More people would be able to actually win things.  More people would get to enjoy the thrill/satisfaction of being recognized for their achievements.... whether it be traveling all over the country and entering/competing in multi-days... or competing once a month and finishing well on the same healthy horse.

OK, just one of my pet peeves,
Melody
