[RC] loose dogs/ loose kids - Teresa Van Hove

much rather see loose dogs than kids in diapers running around camp
barefoot and 'attended' by their maybe 8 year old sister.

Yeah, I'd much rather have loose dogs -- I'm not going to feel bad if my horse runs over, steps on, or kicks and injures or kills an underfoot dog. Course my horses are used to dogs and feel that its up to the dogs(s) to stay the heck out from under their feet; they aren't used to kids; hopefully they would at least avoid any kids trying to get underfoot out of fear. "what! the heck is that thing that sort of looks like a human but is making funny shreiking noises and is too small?!"

Actually I have seen hardly any "loose kids running around camp" at rides I've been to, - usually any not riding or being taken care of by an adult are older than toddlers and are off playing in a nearby creek, pond or irrigation ditch, or off climbing in the rocks -good healthy kid stuff.

Teresa and Shade and Grey Moun in the mountain region.
