Hobby Lobby usually has waterproof fabric, they had white and camo last time I 
went to buy some. Seems like it was around $5.00 a yard.

For those of y'all that travel I-85 through the Charlotte, NC area Gastonia has 
one of the largest fabric stores in the South East. Mary Jo's is next to I-85 
at the Cox Road, Gastonia Exit. They have a huge parking lot if you're coming 
through here in a rig. Last time I went they had probably close to 100 
polarfleeces, cordura, suede, ultrasuede, nylon, wool, wool felt, wool fleece, 
etc....
