[RC] blm/mustang - susan tweedale-hill \(golshani\)

I've adopted 2 aged jacks via internet bidding. One had been held for 2 years, the other 3 years. Neither had any deformity. Each adapted quickly. It was minimal effort to halter train them, pick up their feet. They are my friendliest guys always looking for attention. I got them for the minimum bid.

On the "old" BLM website they used to have a clickable tab "special adoptors wanted" which would then list and picture a few horses that had been held for a year, some had a club foot,  a stifle problem, something wrong. In a few months nearly all would be adopted. perhaps at a reduced fee. The "new" BLM website has no such feature... at least the last time that I looked.

If more were listed in this manner, perhaps more would be adopted. If I had more room, more finances, or could find a good home for my "boys", I'd take a older mustang.
