[RC] endurance manners - Agilbxr

I can remember on Alpine and I second 25, the Jennings Boogie I was about 5
miles from the finish, when one of the 50 mile riders on her last loop caught
up to us (we were slow...). She rode with me for a few minutes, then asked
very politely if I minded if she went on ahead, as she was currently in first
place, and the next 50 mile rider wasn't that far behind. I told her to please
go on, and she did. I honestly believe if I had said, "no, my horse will have
a fit and make me come along faster too", she would have stayed at my pokey
pace, possibly giving up a win. As it was, I believe she got best condition
also. I had a ride time of 5hrs 50 minutes. (who says people who have never
ridden CTR can't pace...)

I have been very impressed by how nice everyone is.

Juli and Alpine
