[RC] Dinners - rides2far

I would like to know from managers what they have found to be the
best and easiest meals to serve at rides?

Depends on whether you serve your dinner the night before the ride or
the night after. When ride management supplies the meal Friday night and
it's Chili, or BBQ or something else that could upset my stomach I just
don't bother to even go down there (I can pretty much eat anything any
time except maybe the night before a ride I'm nervous about). When they
serve it Sat. night I can eat ANYTHING and everything...in large
quantities. The big trays of Lasagna are especially good and appear
handy, no mixing or anything. Seems like when I go where there's
spaghetti I fool around and get there after the sauce is all gone. :-P
Biltmore serves Breakfast on Sunday morning. LOVE that quiche.
