Spaghetti and meat sauce. The sauce can be
made ahead and frozen. It thaws out in a couple of days in a cooler.
A propane fired turkey cooker can cook 4 lbs spag. at a time. If you have
electricity a turkey roaster can keep oiled noodles warm for serving.
Otherwise, the hungry horde will have to wait in line a bit.
This was very well received at MN rides a few years
ago.
