BBQ'd chicken, vegie burgers, salads, fruit,
Personally, I don't mind bringing a side dish to help offset the cost if the
ride mgrs would serve something besides hotdogs and hamburgers! A side dish in
the camper ref is easy to bring..Bonnie and Dave McClain used to do the best
dinners at the Dru Barner ride..It was a Mexican buffet..all the fixin's for
tacos, burrittos, fajitas, etc..pretty easy to put together from the standpoint
of one who cooks, I guess..
But then, we have Thai food in the camper
pre-ride night..a tradition now..Rice noodles digest easily

Dinners
I would like to know from managers what they have found to be the best
and easiest meals to serve at rides? And I like to know from riders what was
they liked to be served.
