One of our group that meets to ride on Saturdays usually brings some of the Nature Valley crunchy granola bars along. We can all be trotting along, and if Lianne tries to open a package, all 5 or so horses recognize that sound of that special package and come to a screeching halt and mob her. She *might* get one bite of her snack...the rest goes to the desperately-begging horses. <G> My husband's Paso Fino loves those bright glowing orange crackers with the peanut butter in them (the ones that come in the little package) - in fact, that horse is an equine garbage disposal. Our 29 year old Arab gelding, Raffey, loves apple fritters.
