BTw, how do you attach a crupper to a dressage saddle? I know how
a little t thing that goes under the the saddle, but I wasn't
sure how functional that was. Do people get extra rings put on
their english saddles to help this?

Hi Alice,

I've never had any luck with the T -- they always just slide out
on the first steep downhill.

You have two good choices with a dressage saddle (or other English
saddle):

1) Add a ring. Costs about $10 at any decent saddle shop.
2) Buy a crupper that attaches to the billets. Many of the
folks who sell biothane tack will make these (like Sportack).
