My shoer told me to soak my Polar Fleece wraps in ice water. You 
know, the  > ice water that holds the beer. I have been doing this with

the 

daughters pony  > and it works well. We usually have about a 40 min.

drive home.By the 

time we > get  home


I tried dipping my shipping boots in water in the summer when it was
really not and I felt bad to put them on the horse.  Thing was, I didn't
have any bedding in my trailer, just mats and the dripping water made
them slippery for the horses. Didn't do it after that.
