I wasn't going to comment on the post (See what a good girl I am!! LOL) thinking that it had been posted to Ridecamp. BUT, if it was sent to selected addresses, I have to admit to a huge belly laugh. Being Canadian living in the Middle East, the concepts embodied in the article were tiresome, not necessarily correct from a larger world view, and ultimately utterly irrelevant to me. Someone did a great job at picking an audience!

What a hoot.

I also received the political crap via e-mail. I assume
the person who sent it got my address off ridecamp as it is the
only board I am involved in. I don't however, receive RC e-mail
because my server won't allow it and I don't know how to fix that. Anyway, I think it was done in very poor taste.

I am all for rights, but when someone presumes to know me, without meeting me and then sending crap that I don't care to get, is a lot like getting solicitation calls on Sunday morning. It just ticks me off. It is my computer and if I want your opinion, I'll ask for it. Otherwise, don't
bug me.

I hope everybody gets as worked up about our own voting in AERC. I would like to see the canidates continue their campaigns so we don't forget who we want to vote for!
