[RC] Horse Handling & Shoes - White Feet - Sharon Hahn

Kelly asked if it is true that white feet are more brittle than dark feet.  Cameo, the amazing barefoot mare I mentioned in my previous post, has three white feet and one black one.  They are all tough.  Kelly, by all means listen to what others have to say and gather information, but in distance riding, it all comes down to what works for YOUR horse.  They are all different.  Look at your horse's feet and decide what they can handle, and don't worry about whether somebody says black feet are better or not.
