[RC] [RC] andalusians in endurance too much $$$$$$ - DRG1

Andalusians are nice horses alright.

But I am not paying $10,000 or $6000 for a weanling. I pay max $2500 for a weanling & that’s the most. For a weanling at ANY price, I have too many yrs of aggravation & training of kindergarten that I do not want to do.

& take note, Andalusian breeders. There are other more reasonable breeders. I will also not pay $6000 to $10,000 for a 4 YO warmblood that’s green broke.

& I am not cheap. I paid $15,000 for a 14 YO sound, made rope horse that IS made, & will take a good roper to the National Finals Rodeo (the Olympics in Western Riding), in Team Roping. In fact, this horse HAS been to the NFR in Team Roping before. His previous owner won the “NFR Timed Event Champion” roper in 2000.

The Andalusian breeders have a corner on the market in the USA, & they know it & are taking advantage of it. I will have none of this price inflation of the so called Warm Blood breeders.

There are other just as good horses without breeders with dollar signs in their eyes…
