[RC] Nationals and local trails - Nancy Reed

Please excuse this shameless plug for a trail friendly conservancy before I even get started!  Anyone going to Nationals in Warner Hot Springs and likes to shop for vintage items please read on.

The quaint village of Santa Ysabel is the closest town south west of Warner Hot Springs and boasts several fun shops and a grocery store.  One store, the Santa Ysabel General Store was recently purchased by a friend who has owned several horses and has agreed to help support the Escondido Creek Conservancy.  She has graciously taken numerous items on consignment for the Conservancy and has lowered the consignment costs to give more cash to the Conservancy.  The General Store is open Wednesday through Sunday and is across the street from Dudley’s Bakery.

The Escondido Creek Conservancy owns hundreds of acres of land in western Escondido and Elfin Forest.  The Conservancy board is pro trail and as all conservancies is always in need of cash.  So if you like collectables, antiques and vintage stuff please support this shop and the trails in Elfin Forest.  For more info on the Conservancy go to   www.escondidocreek.org   Thank you!
