[RC] OT -- Winter Riding and Staying Warm - Stephanie E Caldwell

I'm moving to West Virginia next summer and need some
insight into winter riding products that work. I want
to go ahead and gather somethings this year!

What waterproof winter boots are best? Why? I have to
wear tall boots at school, so I've been looking at
Ariat and Mountain Horse, any opinions between their
tall boots?

Winter tights? Waterproof? Winter Chaps? Other
layering items to keep warm both riding and doing
stablework?

What about winter blankets for the horse? She's going
to be body clipped, any ideas? They don't have to be
waterproof, just durable and warm!

I'm goint to Meredith Manor in Waverly, WV for 18
months. I want to go ahead and have all my winter
stuff broke in here this winter so I don't have to do
that at school next.

Thanks,
Steph
