basement garage --kids rooms above it---last .22 rodent dispatching left 3 holes in chicken coop.Holes in basement not good-especially since I desperately now want to sell our "dream log house with 5 acres" with trails.....now becoming an island with no trails... and move near a trail system.. away from the "Atlanta Monster Sprawling Spider"....ugghhh, I hate subdivisions......

This is the only *instant death* method. I agree, inside a garage the sound of a .22 would be barely a pop.
