Body heat. Works great. If you're married, try to bring your husband
along. If not, get married and try to bring your husband along. ;-)

Barring that, go to a sporting goods shop and get a very good sleeping
bag rated for very cold weather. Get one that's better than what you
think you'll need. Cause you can always unzip it or use it as a
blanket, but harder to warm up a sleeping bag that isn't rated for the
weather.

And even better is to put an extra layer of insulation around the bag, to keep out the dampness and prevent conductive losses where you smush down the bag insulation with your weight. A polarfleece blanket over the bag and especially a sheepskin (skin side to the ground or matress) will work wonders to improve the comfort level.
