  I don't  think Bridal Tull will hold up. And it is pretty stiff, may not 
drape like you want. Try sports mesh knit. Has holes in it, they make 
Basketball type jerserys out of it. I used it in orange for my ears.Fairly 
strong, yet vents.
 On the Tull think. I used some for covering strawberries one year, Sun ate 
it up.And it rips pretty easy, think tree branches or stickers....
  I also used to make costumes out of it in college and for dance recitals, 
I wouldn't recomend it and the bugs could easily eat thru it.....
   Try Fabricline.com for deals....Seattle Fabrics...Outdoor 
WildernessFabrics (pricey).....
I also bought some Fiberglass window screen in a roll at HOme Depot, It is 
pretty flexible and may drape, I was thinking making those fly leggings out 
of it---but a neck cover would work too, I think...
