[RC] Customer Service from EasyCare - Michael Maul

I recently had some problems with the cables that hold on the EasyBoots that I had purchased over the past 6 months.

I contacted Garrett Ford at EasyCare. I sent the boots to EasyCare and had them back repaired at no charge within a week.

Great customer service.
